Why activity permissions are requested
WalkMint may request permission to read step and walking activity information from supported device health platforms so it can show progress, support activity-based features, and verify eligible in-app Energy claims.
What WalkMint may access
Depending on your device and permissions, WalkMint may access permitted step counts, activity summaries, relevant timestamps, and health-platform connection status. It does not need access to unrelated health records to provide step-based features.
How activity data is used
Activity data may be used to show daily progress, calculate eligible task completion, apply caps and verification rules, and troubleshoot sync issues. It may be combined with account and security signals to prevent fraud or errors in activity-linked features.
Your controls
You can review, change, or revoke Health Connect or Apple Health permissions in your device settings. Revoking permission may stop future activity sync. Deleting your WalkMint account does not automatically delete source data stored by your health platform; manage that source data in the relevant health app.
Not medical advice
WalkMint is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or concerns.
